RR Zippos Ring Mastr (aka Maestro) is a gorgeous dark bay tobiano - bred to produce the best! We feel he'll be able to produce the type of paint babies that can take you far in the performance arena!! He has the good bone, heavy forearm, and muscle to produce winners!

He's a son of 3 Time APHA World Champion and Reserve World Champion, RR Riskymastrpiece by Multiple World Champion, Ris Key Business. Then you add the champion bloodlines of Special Effects and Zippo Pine Bar on the dam's side and we have a WINNER!

Maestro's first foal crop hit the ground 2004. He outdid himself!! 3 of those are black tobiano fillies marked beautifully. And 2 of those were out of sorrel/white mares. Talk about a strong black gene in a bay!! All of them have superior conformations and their sire's outstanding disposition! And so far, each year thereafter, he's produced more of the same - some homozygous and all dynamite!

Riskeys Moma Tess

There's an interesting story behind this mare that I'll try to sum up. First, although the names are similar, she is not related to Ris Key Business. "Tess" was sold in the early 1980's through a sale and her papers were lost. However, she had produced a horse called Peaches Moon Bar. This one had turned into quite a roping horse. The owner of Ris Key Business had kept up with this horse and ended up buying Tess when she was 14. He had her registered with APHA and bred her to Ris Key Business.

Tess had 4 APHA registered foals listed before she died. Two were shown with APHA. One of them is "Another Risk" who earned his ROM in Reining, Honor Roll Gelding, AND was 2 times Reserve World Champion in Reining. He also placed 8th in the 1998 APHA World Show in Working Cow Horse.

The other one shown is RR Riskymastrpiece shown above and the rest is history!
